16 oz. chicken livers
4 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. old-fashioned (not instant) oatmeal
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Cook livers in skillet until done. Run through food processor, or chop very fine.
Mix dry ingredients. Add others, including chopped liver. Add additional water if needed to make a workable dough.
Roll out dough 1/8 -1/4 " thick. Cut with bone-shaped cutter, place on cookie sheet. The biscuits can be placed very close together, since they won't spread. Bake at 350ª for 30 minutes if using a fancy airtight sheet; 20 minutes with a conventional sheet.
